Thomas was a treat to create. With his scarf in tow, he's ready for the 11 degree weather we have today and has found a new home atop my desk at work. He's been learning many new skills including holding down important papers, but mostly he stares at me all day, which is actually starting to freak me out, come to think of it.

Is "Sandra Polley's Thomas" aloud to run with a sissors yet???
I was just wondering???
Love Aunt Peg
Very cool! I just got a pattern to do a pig and I'm very excited about it (could I be a bigger nerd!).
Amber,
I think you should invent the mirror site to mine "Crochet Nerd" and then we can brave the masses of anti-nerds together. -M
Aunt Peg,
Yesterday Thomas did indeed run with scissors an it was not pretty. He forgot he was made of yarn and it made for an interesting scare. He promises to be more careful and will stick to staring at me for a while and holding down my faxes. -M
Master, your wish is my command... crochetnerd.blogspot.com
And actually, I'm branching out - the pig is a knitting pattern!
Amber,
I applaud your bravery. I don't think I can do such brave things. I think if I were to try my hand at crocheting, I may die of starvation trapping myself to a chair somewhere. [Reference: BAD TIMES PLAYING CAT'S CRADLE]
Wow! You knitted a Mr. Bear! You're pretty crafty! And you did a very nice job. I can tell you take care in your work.
